Cuomo has ordered all bars, restaurants, etc. close at 10pm. We will have a small get together at the Legion , but not after 10pm.
So covid becomes active after 10? If the roads are bad, that probably just as well. No snow, but freezing rain here. Just went to groceries store before everything freezes up.
