I have prescription lens. The medium vision is impossible to correct. Right now leaning into the computer, I have 20/20 vision. If I sit back a little, I can still read what is on the screen, but it is less focused.

IMO, it is a flaw in the design of the lens. I also see halos around round objects at night.

Tell me if you come up with a solution for the medium vision.

Very sad....

Congressman-elect Luke Letlow, 41, dies with coronavirus
Congressman-elect Luke Letlow died Tuesday evening from complications with COVID-19, shaking the Louisiana political world weeks after his election to represent Louisiana’s 5th District in Congress as the state’s youngest U.S. representative.

Letlow, 41, died at Ochsner-LSU Health Shreveport from “complications from COVID-19,” his spokesman, Andrew Bautsch, said in a statement.

Letlow was admitted to a Monroe hospital with COVID-19 symptoms on Dec. 19th before being transferred to the Shreveport hospital and being transferred to the ICU. Letlow is survived by his wife, Julie Barnhill Letlow, and two young children, Bautsch said.

He was in critical condition but had recently shown signs of improvement when he “apparently suffered a cardiac event this evening that was refractory to all resuscitation efforts,” said Dr. G.E. Ghali, of LSU Health Shreveport.

“Tell me if you come up with a solution for the medium vision.”

On your computer have you ever tried using your Ctrl and the + buttons to enlarge the print. Then reverse it by Ctrl and the - button. It works for me.

Very interesting that you’re far vision is fine and so is your reading. Because the intermediate is based on both of those. Usually if the reading is off, so is the intermediate Because it starts about half the reading strength.

What brand of progressive lens do you have? Some are much better than others. I usually stick with verilux. Hoya is also supposed to be good. But I have had some second rate ones that were made in house and they were awful. Even though the optical office swore that people love them. If they are cheap lenses then they are bound to be bad, progressives are not that easy to make.

Unless you have trifocals? One thing to try would be to buy from the dollar store the strength that is half of the reading strength that you have or like. That would be your computer strength. If that works then it’s the lens, not your eyes.

Hey love, I know all about those. That could be caused by an astigmatism. Or just high myopia which is what I had. Cataracts can also cause it. A lens with anti-glare protection should make it better.

Do you think your lenses are causing it? Is it worse with them on than just with your eyes?
