Is SC supposed to hear PA case on January 6th, anyone remember?
Sweetie, I think this is the one you’re looking for. It was filed on 12/21/20 and docketed 12/23/20. It was requested that it be expedited before 1/6/21 OR 1/20/21. However, the response date to the petition isn’t until 1/22/21.
As of today, I’m not seeing the State of Pennsylvania has even responded.
