I’ve got my theory about that one....
Some dude is working, making his deliveries to convenience stores. Buddy sends him link of the automated voice message website that people think the bomber/whoever used to generate the announcement. He’s sitting in his van with the door open playing it loud; people passing by hear it and call cops.
In the meantime, dude not thinking a thing about it heads on down the road to his next delivery. And the cops show up.
