That actually makes a lot of sense people heard gunshots going off around 4:30 in the morning and then around 5:30 is when the voice started saying there's a bomb to evacuate and the cops ran into the building and started evacuating people

Officers said the recording says there's a bomb. Recording I heard never says bomb just to evacuate area. Also the reports from a resident there was a long gun fight before officers told them to evacuate bc of bomb. At the end of on video there are also 2 gunshots after explosion

Hey mate, warning tone would be the military ops. In Mining When we let blasts go we use protocols such as sirens and count downs.The comies bought van in but special ops intercepted it, got it out of van and put it in the open so that the blast wasn’t as big&left warning tone on

Maybe the RV didn't blow first the reason they think it was the RV is because it was a voice was saying there's a bomb in it that was going to blow and warning people to evacuate but maybe the bomb was actually across the street but the RV was involved somehow
