I love pears! My three-year-old pear tree produced about 40 pears this year. I’m going to have to plant Orchard trees whenever we move, I’m hating having to give these up.
The recipe doesn’t say what to do with the orange sauce. Do you just serve it with the cake? Or pour it over the cake after it is done baking?
What I do is I have the sauce in a small crock pot and pour it on each piece when serving the cake. Also, a dab of whipped cream.
