Supreme Court Strikes Down Kansas Law Requiring Identification to Vote ... So much for the conservative judiciary.

Ridiculous. But since every state has their own rules, can't Kansas require ID for their voting?

Not sure what good having a "conservative' SCOTUS majority is doing for us at this point.

According to this they didn’t strike it down, they declined to even hear it.

“The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to review an appeal from Kansas seeking to reinstate voter identification laws which a federal appeals court had declared unconstitutional earlier this year.”
