I love you, hm.
But I have seen it with my own eyes.
Many Federal and state judges are political animals and owe their judgeships to somebody.
They get a phone call, and are told how to rule.
That is the only explanation.
You saw how Obamacare and gay marriage were “decided” by the Supreme Court. No basis in law.
You saw how Texas, which absolutely had standing under the Constitution, was thrown out of the Supreme Court, without even a hearing.
Roberts has been compromised for years. A stealth present from GW Bush. He could have voted against PA before the election when even Stevie Wonder could see what a fraud the mail-in ballots would be.
You have a love for law and justice.
Nothing wrong with that.
But in certain areas, the corruption is so rampant, that law and justice mean whatever someone wants it to mean at the moment.
Our vaunted DOJ and FBI have been a hive of villainy for years without us noticing until Trump came along. No justice there.
The courts will not overturn any election at this point.
They have their orders.
The military is the only way left.
Then we can come back to the standard of law and justice that you and your dear father loved so much.
Texas has the wrong premise (so did I). They thought the case was original jurisprudence. It wasn’t Believe me going through US vs Throxmorton gives consequences to those who break the laws. Dividing the country 25 vs 25 only leads to Civil War. The SC out smarted the quilty parties who were more than happy to have a reason to attack conservatives. Why punish a state and ALL the people in the state when it was foreign entities aided by the DNC and their gang. I’ll stay with the later. A good teacher doesn’t punish the entire class when their are one or two bad actors. I want the bad actors punished. You want to blame the teacher. Come on man!
We’re you on line the day I gave the tic tac toe explanation. Cases headed toward the Supreme Court must follow a certain order. Think X & O. There cannot be two X together or Two Os. So sometimes a judge rules with an O just to advance the case one step up the ladder to the court. He must rule so the case can be appealed. Other wise there are two X in a row and no case at a lighter level. Am more concerned when judges don’t decide in this orderly fashion. To the lay person who doesn’t understand this it may appear that the nudge made a bad (corrupt in your book) decision. Quite the opposite., He understands the system and is doing his part.
The court system is full of political animals? Really? Two words.....Emmett Sullivan. Case closed lol.
