I cannot make this much simpler than the following:
We now have TWO sets of electoral votes..
the contested votes will be sent to Congress.
The person responsible to “decide” is Vice President Mike Pence.
Now..
since the forensic audit was unsealed in Michigan by a judge this morning..
proving beyond any doubts that the Dominion Voting System software is corrupt and had massive errors and fraud
(I posted the entire report)
That sets a precedent for voter fraud for ANY Dominion voting machine.
Michigan can be tossed easily right away
BUT..
I’m not sure that happens.
I’m going three steps ahead..
but it seems this gives the GOP, Trump and the Democrats quite frankly to get this corrected.
Remember-
ANY state personnel to include Election Directors and State Attorney General can be held liable for signing the Electoral votes paperwork under penalty that their votes are valid.
I’d hope some of these folks might want to save their own arses.
There’s also the problem of “foreign interference” with our election.
IF Dominion ran their software from countries overseas..
that’s foreign interference.
and a BIG Constitutional problem.
The only date that matters now?
