Guiliani is too old, frail, weak, and trusting.

Whoa, there cowboy. Ease up a minute and think before you spout out something you will have to eat later. Crow doesn’t taste so good, especially the feathers.

I am under the impression that the election sting operation is supposed to clean out all of the dirty, evil actors. It looks like there are a lot of people being netted. Supreme court may have to do it all, with it all.

The other thing I see is that President Trump is standing by patiently waiting for the right time to strike. He hasn’t fired Rudy, so Rudy and his team of lawyers must be doing what they should be doing. I don’t think you think you are smarter than our President.

That depends; on whether Trump has one plan, or multiple backup plans.

If his one plan is to cajole / shame GOP legislatures into voting for him, then I stand by my statement.

If he has multiple backup plans (and though I understand the essential elements or "nodes" of each one, I don't know what in his plan triggers a shift to the next plan, either according to his strategy, or external events), you might be right.

My best guess for Trumps' multiple plans, is:

1) Trump wins conventional election despite fraud. (not likely, I think according to Q "we have it all" and drops back to 2018 and Trump Tweets back to June, The President wanted to expose fraud.

2) Trump allows the left to instigate "color revolution" and relies on either state courts, state legislature interventions, or lower Federal Courts, to reverse fraud. (less likely, as too many ways to "cover up fraud" and the Dems to preserve it for later elections).

This Step 2 is where we are at chronologically. There is some blurring of steps from here on out as the states proceed at a different pace from one another.

See for example this:

Supremes of WI said the case looks very strong and supports it moving forward. Procedurally, they prefer it to go to lower courts first. But they said that they will welcome the case if it comes to them. Very good news.— Charles (@Charles93644862) December 4, 2020

3) Trump makes a bunch of disputed elections, but step 2 fails, forcing courts of whatever stripe to order state legislatures to award slates of electors to Trump. (Less likely, but possible. He wants to preserve the institutions and the public faith in them as much as possible. The Dems/Communists, are only interested in power, but destroying the very credibility of any institution they can on the way to power is an attractive feature, as it further cements all power in The Party.)

The PA RINOS tried to chicken out, saying in part:

“The General Assembly lacks the authority to take action to overturn the popular vote and appoint our own slate of presidential electors,” it read. “While we clearly recognize the need for legislative action to address the issues presented by the 2020 General Election, some of the actions requested by our residents would require us to disregard the statutes and Constitution we have fought so hard to protect.”

And this from GA:

Now we start to see who these people really are...

But look at this:

Article II, Sec 1, Par 2 of the Constitution explicitly vests the power to choose a slate of electors to the State Legislature.

Article IIII, the Supremacy Clause, nullifies any State Statute saying otherwise.

4) There is a god-awful mess, so that the Supreme Court orders the state legislatures directly to choose the slates of electors. This is blurred from my Step 2, because if the Supreme Court takes the politically cowardly way out, they will do this; and 1 or 2 RINO state legislatures will either end up awarding the Presidency to Biden, or leave both candidates short of 270.

5) The Supreme Court orders various crooked states to award electors to Trump. ("Fraud vitiates everything.") Somewhat desirable from the point of view of the Deep State, as it would be "selected not elected" on steroids, and they could start conspiracy theories about "Drumpf killed RBG" -- SJWs, following Nazi Goebbels, always accuse the other side of that which they themselves are guilty (for possible example of this, see Scalia's mysterious death and no autopsy, Podesta's "wet works" email.)

6) The Supreme Court throws up its hands, or dithers, or nobody reaches 270.

At this point I'm not clear. Either it goes to the House, in which case we might have the faithless RINOs on steroids "Wow! We can LEGITIMATELY throw him under the bus and NOBODY can prevent it! (Snidely Whiplash mustache twirling high-fives and mutual homosexual sexual favors with top Dems)

or

(and @LonePalm disputes this, I'll return to it in a moment) Nazi Pelousy temporarily becomes President. (Source:https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/3/19)

7) Somewhere, either in the flowchart, or the calendar time-line, between #4 and #6 above, come the possibilities of either

a) Trump's Executive Order on Foreign Interference

b) The Insurrection Act (to be used when the governments, or the courts, cannot guarantee Constitutional rights, here is some of the juicy language:

Section 333, the primary portion of the Act amended in October 2006, permits the President, without a request from a State, to authorize the armed forces to suppress insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy in a State under certain conditions.34 Under the pre-amendment version of the Act, these conditions are twofold. First, where the insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy hinders the execution of the laws of a State and the laws of the United States to the point where the people are deprived of a right, privilege or immunity, or other named constitutional right, and where the authorities of the State fail, or are unable to protect that right, privilege or immunity, the President may use the military to suppress the insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy.35 Second, where the insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States, the President may employ the military to suppress it.36

8) The STORM.

(Obviously Step 7 and 8 could coincide chronologically, or time-wise, too.)

About the amount of evidence?

Remember Romney's "Binders Full of Women?"

Well, Rudy is presenting "binders full of fraud."

EXCLUSIVE: Trump camp has over 20 binders full of evidence of voter fraud that they will present tomorrow in Nevada.

This is an insane amount of evidence! pic.twitter.com/Oycxv3dfF5— Mike Coudrey (@MichaelCoudrey) December 3, 2020

Someone else tweeted today Giuliani has over 5,000 sworn witness affidavits.

Thoughts, comments? Oh, and about the penalties for election fraud?
