Greeneyes: “Now 37 doesn’t seem like a lot of votes, but it’s a very small county. It represents just over 0.25, actually 0.26 [percent] of the total votes cast.”
The data here is insufficient. What you need to know is how many of these machines were used in that county and realize this 37 vote change was probably happening on just one machine. Hence you have to multiply this number by the number of machines in the county. Then you also have to consider they are probably using a more aggressive algorithm in larger counties where there is more “expected” Biden support.
So to get a better percentage of this impact, you would need:
- Total votes cast in Ware County.
- Number of votes cast for Trump (since they can only flip the Trump votes).
- Total number of Dominion Machines in Ware county vote.
The data here is insufficient.

Well, gosh darn—should POTUS just throw up his hands and concede? Or continue to press on gathering more and more evidence? Are court cases not built a step at a time?
Having proof that one machine actually did switch votes, leads to the question of were there other machines that did the same? And leads to a court order to be able to impound and examine said machines. In order to get the rest of the information.
Or maybe POTUS legal team has the answers to the data you demand, but the person writing the article didn’t know all those details, or was not up to your high level of knowledge, and just omitted that data without realizing it was needed, or.....whatever.
