Monkey, over the weeks since the election has shown some MIL and Clown planes going back and forth to Europe.
Almost each one stops in at a little island, claim by Portugal:

Reaching back I recall that Camp COBRA was in the Azores.
Camp COBRA was a Clown/MIL black site used for ME prisoners captured by MIL (KSM, etc.).
When it was fashionable, RUMINT regarding waterboarding revolved around Camp COBRA.
Seems that, as Head of Station in London, Gina Haspel was also responsible (Commandant) of COBRA and approved several extended interrogations of prisoners intended for GITMO.
Abhu Grhaib was closed but COBRA was not.
Now we have birds flying into Lajes often since the election.

Connection: COBRA is still active and being run by MIL and friendly Clowns (possible under duress).
