Here’ another great interview with Lin Wood:
A lot of good info in here. One point in particular sparked my interest. Wood says something about the EO regarding foreign interference in our election expires 45 days from election day. The implication is that anything POTUS does that uses the powers of that EO will be done within that time frame.

Good interview. Regarding the 45 days, That is not the expiry date of the Exec. Order. That is the time frame for the DNI to present his assessment regarding the situation to the President(section 1a).
Section 1b. provides for an additional 45 day time frame for response-—excerpt and link below:
(b) Within 45 days of receiving the assessment and information described in section 1(a) of this order, the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate agencies and, as appropriate, State and local officials, shall deliver to the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, and the Secretary of Defense a report evaluating, with respect to the United States election that is the subject of the assessment described in section 1(a):https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/executive-order-imposing-certain-sanctions-event-foreign-interference-united-states-election/

Good info. Thanks for clarifying.
