She seems to have been sexually attracted to women for a long time. She has XX chromosomes and is attracted to women, and that means she has lived as a lesbian.

Now she wants to be a fake male. Which would imply (in her mind) that she is a male who is attracted to women, so (again, in her mind) she is transforming into a heterosexual male. But she wants to identify as “queer”.

But she still has the XX chromosomes, so she’s still a lesbian.

I self identify as a lesbian because I prefer sex with women, so now this former lesbian that now identifies as trans-queer because it wants to have sex with men again is completely confused.
