I checked Murphy Fowles link and he has info about WI judges picked to redraw congressional districts. Just as bad. He has images that show the evidence. Cleaning the DC swamp is not sufficient. Many states are localized cesspools as well. Many of them, mine included, and yours. A lot of good people in these states, but demsheviks infiltrated and took over the machinery, and no doubt rigged elections for quite some time.

Regarding redistricting. There was an Califoronia initiative (Prop. 20) in 2010. It passed.
