That’s one thing that I did notice about the Michigan filing by Powell. All the dominion arguments could include only testimony or evidence that is public domain. Hence, I noticed they mentioned reference to information that had been released by Wikileaks - it was obviously DOD level material but it had already been leaked and hence was declassified. My suspicion is that there was much more information to prove the Dominion machines could be and WERE hacked that cannot be shared outside of certain government circles. And I am guessing much of this will not be discussed until the case gets raised to the level of SCOTUS or the House of Representatives.
