The only right thing to do is to throw out election results in the several states and decertify the electors. I'm pretty sure they will because for the next few months the evidence of the fraud will accumulate massively and it will be on them.
All the states. Down ticket elections are vital.
Here’s the problem I see.
If SCOTUS nullifies elections and decertifies electors, it must be done to EVERY state, not a pick-and-choose option.
They are a federal institution and deciding on a federal election.
Again, the SCOTUS can only nullify every state’s elections, not individually.
THEY WON’T DO IT.
This leaves state/local election results up in the air and subject to state legislature.
A double edge sword.
1. Senators would be appointed by the governor (should be legislatures but...meh...17th Amend. Spit)
2. Reps are subject to new elections as scheduled by the governor or legislatures as the State constitution requires.
