There will, and should be some of those.

I guess my hope is that we have enough of America functioning, after
four years of our President’s hard work, that we will not have to have
ALL of the “transparency” and justice be delivered through that venue.

There are so many derps who need to be tried for corruption. They are not all high up enough that they will be tried in military tribunals.

I only hope we have enough adults in this country to serve on juries.

I'd like that too, but the smoke around this is pretty thick and I believe until the majority of justice is done, it will be the most expeditious. Also be a fine example that getting justice done shouldn't have to take years.
