It sounds like this could go on until February 1, 2021.

I didn’t think an Executive Order could supercede dates hard-coded in the Constitution.
This EO does not seem to be about proving that the election was stolen or rigged, it is about legal repercussions against the forieign interventionists, both foreign nationals and entities, and US citizens who help from this end. I think it’s about the arrests and other penalties.
Proving the election fraud from the political standpoint - who won - will be decided in courts, ultimately SCOTUS. Not dealing with arrests, just with findings that Trump did win. And most likely the down ticket races will have to be rememdied in other ways such as elections again, maybe govs appointing Senators. BUT only after the election fraud crap has been cleaned up. It may get a bit weird for a while. But as right after noon January 20 2021 Trump will hit the ground running and we’ll see real justice.
All my always humble opinion.
Bear in mind the 30 day requirement in (f).
That means that the response structure is currently in place.
This is independent of any 45 reporting requirements.
There is no reason to wait for the DNI report.
The identified agencies can /respond/ according to the existing plans drawn in (f)!
I think we have already “seen” some of this planned response taking place in Spain, Germany, Canada and Venezuela.
