Deep down, the “power players” like Schumer know they’re losing. Otherwise, such a move wouldn’t be necessary on his part. Dec 14/15- electoral college votes.

Then votes sent to congress.

Jan 20- inauguration day.

What is Schumer trying to do, set up a President and cabinet when there already are a President and cabinet?

Last time that happened we had President Lincoln and President Davis.
