Absolutely. At Joe's age a fall could spell the beginning of the end.

The clip of him leaving the doctor's "office" showed a man completely out of it. His dementia has worsened. It's possible this fracture is the result of a fall but this bone is an uncommon one to fracture. I suspect something was dropped on his foot.
