Not quite. If the House doesn’t elect a President by Jan 20th the Vice President-elect becomes acting President as remains so until they do or the term expires. Senate would elect VP Jan 3 and there will be 52 R then including an appointee for Perdue (provided lawsuits don’t overturn the runoff). Should be 53, John James robbed.
In Iowa, Miller-Meeks (R) leads by I think EIGHT (was 42) everlovering votes, recount in progress. Winning that seat would give us 27 delegations (IA tied if we lose it). PA and MI are tied with stolen races in each state, 3 in PA and 2 in MI I think.
If we get that far however I can’t imagine Cheney Jr. wouldn’t vote for Trump, she’d have no future, bitch wants to be Speaker.
