The premise is that the legislatures will refuse to send electors by not certifying them. If, say, Pa Wi, Ga, Ar do that then no one reaches 270. Then it goes to Congress. I think this is beyond a bridge too far but CNN doesn’t highlight something like this to simply sell deodorant, mutual funds or electronic medical gizmos. Thry are doing this to sound an alarm. They think they’ve figured out where Trump is going.
