It's inexcusable carelessness that doesn't help the plaintiff in court. If they can't catch obvious mistakes then are there other mistakes they made in their filing that are not so obvious but which could give the judge an excuse to dismiss the suit?

One doesn't need to be a lawyer to know that typos and misspellings in business documents, much less court filings, are a sign of carelessness. What else did they screw up?
