President Trump and his allies have repeatedly alleged that the election was riddled with widespread voter fraud without providing any evidence.

Both of the cases filed by Powell were riddled with typographical issues.

You have an obvious aversion to Powell and you seem to be very dismissive of her and her team. I haven’t seen you contribute much of anything to the discussion and that’s what I typically call a Troll.

Have you actually read the filing? Do you disagree with her assertions? Do you think anything in the material she filed is “kooky” or “fringe”? Was there anything you actually liked or commend?

In summary the filing was very compelling and obviously not exhaustive of her entire case - merely enough to move the argument to the next level. I think she restrained herself very well in the presentation of her current findings in this case and did not go overboard in her accusations. And ultimately, all she really needs to do is to get an injunction in place and keep Georgia from sending Biden electors to the Electoral College.

Who even gives a flip about any of these typos?

The left thinks they elected someone who cannot read or speak clearly.

Not normally. I admit though I didn’t read the whole article and left myself open to justifiable criticism. I got lazy. I’m usually considerably better prepared before I respond. Believe it or not, I appreciate constructive criticism. It helps me keep my antennae better calibrated. So thank you. I hope you have a pleasant, peaceful and bountiful Thanksgiving.

Impressive, it only takes you 10 mins to proofread and make corrections to a 141 page document? Wow!

It took less than 2 seconds to see that the title of the document was embarrassing. If they submitted it to the court like that, someone made a major screw-up. It taints the rest of the filing whether you admit it or not.

I took 3 hours and read the entire 104 pages of the filing in Georgia. I saw about 3 typos that jumped out at me.

What a thread. This is not about a few typos.

Here are two sentences from Sidney Powell's PDF at https://defendingtherepublic.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/Michigan-Complaint.pdf:

"Secretary Bensonis responsibleforassuringMichigan’slocalelectionofficialsconductelectionsinafair, just, and lawful manner. "

"Defendant Michigan Board of State Canvassers is “responsible for approv[ing] votingequipmentforuseinthestate,certify[ing]theresultofelectionsheldstatewide....”"

The wholesale deletion of spaces looks to me like a repeating optical character recognition error. There are many more examples spread throughout the document. It's hard to believe that the PDF document at the link was actually what Sidney submitted to the court. If it was, then someone on Sidney's staff screwed up badly.

Try her Michigan filing:

There are deleted spaces galore.

As an attorney that files pleadings all the time, we are always reading each other’s drafts trying to catch everything. It is not easy. If she had three typos, that is acceptable.

The typos and grammar problems are from scanning a text document into searchable PDF. It runs through OCR which isn’t perfect.

That is a very good point.

If she had three typos, that is acceptable.

I'll try it again. The Michigan pleading has MANY more than three typos. It has plenty of sentences like these:

"Unlawfully coached voters to vote for Joe Biden and to vote a straight Democrat ballot, including by going overtothevotingboothswithvotersinorder to watch them vote and coach them for whom to vote..."

"...when a voter’s name could not be found, the election worker assigned the ballot to a random name already in the QVF to a person who had notvoted and recordedthesenewvotersashavingabirthdate of1/1/1900..."

"22.ThejurisdictionoftheCourttograntdeclaratoryreliefisconferredby28U.S.C. §§ 220"

"168.31(1)(a)(the“SecretaryofStateshall...issueinstructions andpromulgaterules...fortheconduct of elections and registrations in accordance with the laws of this state”). "

Something has stripped the spaces out of these sentences. To me, that looks like an optical character recognition problem, but it could be something else.
