In a past life got to spend many hours dealing with federal lawsuits as both plaintiff and defendant. School desegregation. Lots of time with very good attorneys. Lots of time in testimony in Fed court, and state Watergate Style hearings.
Think Perry Mason, when testimony given in court is proven to be intentionally false the Judge directs the PA to bring charges for perjury. In a civil case perjury becomes a criminal issue (not just “politics” anymore).
This is why Sidney has continually warned these bad actors about certifying (knowingly) a fraudulent election. Once in court these actors have “Perjured” themselves and criminal charges will be sought (by the court).
I think Sidney was offering these actors a way to come clean and turn States evidence to reduce the upcoming pain. They are all in too deep to turn back now (who knows how bad the hold is on them by the DS).
But now the Qracken has been released and on this glorious Thanksgiving Day it is time to celebrate our nation, freedoms, future, and POP MOAR CORN!

i have never felt more alienated than this ‘holiday’. I used to at least get a pity invitation to come and eat fowl other than chicken or goose and have some cheer or reminder of other times. But now they’ve gone and made it so I’m not welcome anywhere, anymore. Sigh.

Does this also mean that if Sydney Powell files her case with intentionally false accusations she can be brought up on criminal charges ?
And the same for her witnesses?
