If you have JUST plain text, no html or pictures, in the rest of your post, just putting in the web address will make it a clickable link.
But if you have any html (like a <p>) at all, it doesn't, and you have to add another step.
Instead of entering in just the address you're trying to reach, like this:
https://defendingtherepublic.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/COMPLAINT-CJ-PEARSON-V.-KEMP-11.25.2020.pdf
Type in the following: <a href="Put the web address here">and here<a> <p>
or in your case
<a href="https://defendingtherepublic.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/COMPLAINT-CJ-PEARSON-V.-KEMP-11.25.2020.pdf">https://defendingtherepublic.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/COMPLAINT-CJ-PEARSON-V.-KEMP-11.25.2020.pdf<a> <p>
and it will show up like this:
That last >p< is to set off your link from any text you want to go lower down in your post. Happy Thanksgiving, Q-Conjuror!
I'll be giving your instructions a try the next time I try to post a link along with the Qonjurer mime, which also makes the use of html code at the end of paragraphs' necessary.
