Flynn’s judge is more than likely done for. I think pardoning Flynn meant that he wouldn’t be able to sue for some reason. If there is evidence the judge is corrupt and given what the DOJ said, Flynn would probably be able to go after the people that were out to get him legally.

Assuming that is true, POTUS has to know that Flynn would still be in the clear to take on his enemies and get compensated for the hell they put him through despite being pardoned.
