The President’s power to pardon is plenary.
Limited to federal offenses.
Sullivan can suck it dry.
Only to the extent of punishment and restoration of rights. pardons set aside punishements for federal convictions. The conviction itself is not set aside.
That's kind of when I jumped in the discussion. Guilty plea vs. conviction
I'll leave it alone now....but I don't trust Sullivan.

Hi stylin. I think "lying to the FBI" (which is what they tried to frame Flynn for) *is* a Federal offense. So a pardon restores the status quo ante as far as Flynn's legal situation.
