The key now is the audience staying away for months and not to slowly creep back as conservatives did for the NFL. Even better, those who aren’t watching staying away and more taking leave of Fox over the coming months. They are down about 50% now. If a month from now they are down 55%, a month later down 60% and a month after that 65%, the advertisers will be gone, the aggregators (Spectrum, Comcast, Direct TV) will be demanding to lower their content payments. Down 65-70% Rupert will have to wake up from his nap and fire the sons.
