In federal court, you do not need evidence to file a lawsuit, but the Complaint must contain a fairly detailed statement of the facts you are alleging. If the Complaint alleges fraud, you need even more detailed factual allegations (names, dates, places, etc.).
But in these circumstances, it's not enough to just file a Complaint. To stop certification of the vote, you need to move for a Temporary Restraining Order, which does require, at a minimum, enough evidence to show that you are "likely to succeed" in the lawsuit.
Trump can’t make recess appointments because the GOP keeps the Senate in ‘pro forma’ session so there’s never a technical recess.

Trump did more in 4 years than any President in history. His biggest mistake was he believed the political system wasn't 99% corrupt, and had to learn it the hard way. The second term they wouldn't get away with that. Do you think the FBI would survive a second Trump term? The CIA? The military-industrial complex? The China gravy train?
And that is why the entire system did everything to stop him.
You know Trump has almost no power to act unilaterally right? That the Senate has had to sign off on a lot of things? That Bills start in the Democrat controlled House?
So exactly what, other than what they have been doing, was the GOP supposed to be doing?

There is powerful evidence already, Trump Girl Kit Cat. Patrick Byrne who founded Overstock.com has helped Sidney Powell compile it. He calls the strategy “drop and roll.” The counting was stopped in the key swing states election night so they could figure out how many votes to manufacture to make the race a “dead heat.” These votes were added. This was “the drop.” Then the machines’ algorithms were set to have all the incoming vote come in at let’s say a 51/49% split. This is “the roll.” This is a mathematical impossibility - too precise. Votes in the real world don’t come in this way. The goal was to make the election results close, so they would seem plausible, but it is too tidy. The hundreds of affidavits of people on the ground will verify seeing things that helped make this happen - hundreds of ballots marked for Biden only, Biden ballots being run through the scanners multiple times etc. However, don’t expect the media or the Dems to accept this evidence. There is too much at stake and they will do anything to get rid of Trump. This is a war and will have to be fought to the finish.

How long have Wood and Powell been involved in the election fiasco?
Is Wood an experienced and very capable litigator?
Has Powell absolutely turned a U.S. government Deep State politically based criminal trial of an innocent man on its ear?
We don't know each other so don't take this personal but it sounds like you need get a grip.
Are you inferring you have a better option to fight the election fraud? Who might that be? Why haven't they done diddly yet then?
Or are you just saying you've already admitted "we waz robbed" and don't even feel like it should be contested, it's just part of the game?
Or maybe even, you don't even think we waz robbed, and Trump just lost on his own? Please expound on what better options we have, or if you even feel this is worth contesting, at all.
Because each of you that is trying to discredit these cases, before they are even submitted, is giving ammunition to the enemy. They show our opposition that we aren't united. Worst of all, they give the Judges the little bit of cover that they may need to rule against them, even if they are legally sound once submitted.
So ahead with your supposedly better options, and why you want to divide us and undercut these cases before they're even submitted.
