Trouble is, the judge in Pennsylvania wouldn't even look at the affidavits from what I read. Reading the judge's decision he mentions only two voters who claimed their votes were incorrectly invalidated. If Rudy had hundreds of affidavits he didn't present them.

From what Ellis has said this was expected and a necessary step to get to the SCOTUS. At least it was expeditious.
