New: 3rd Circuit upheld a lower court order rejecting a constitutional challenge to PA's extended, post-Election Day deadline for absentee ballots. A separate challenge remains pending before SCOTUS, though, so the fate of those ballots remains unsettled https://t.co/lg7fMasCyd pic.twitter.com/e4rzoInKFC— Zoe Tillman (@ZoeTillman) November 13, 2020

The 3rd Circuit agreed with the district judge that the voters who brought the case lacked standing, and also held that the district judge was right to deny last-minute injunctive relief right before the election on the grounds it would upend the status quo for voters pic.twitter.com/edftoevimk— Zoe Tillman (@ZoeTillman) November 13, 2020

In other words, playing games and kicking the can down the road for the SCOTUS.

Alleged so far..
• Homeless paid $2 for every stolen ballot
• Same ballot counted multiple times
• Sample Ballots printed & counted as actual ballots.— Kimberly Klacik (@kimKBaltimore) November 23, 2020
