“What are they up to?”
Bannon today on his show said that he heard Barr was on vacation, a hunting trip, and needs to get back in the office.
Maybe it was a double entendre, maybe Bannon means Barr’s literally out shooting at mallards.
Scalia went hunting. Wound up with a pillow over his face.
If Barr is truly on a hunting trip vacation it’s because his work is done, and all that is needed is a go sign to unleash the dogs of war.
If Barr’s quiet was a problem, we’d have heard about it loud and clear by others we know and trust. He would have been fired by Trump long ago too I suspect.
Trump’s retweet was a message for us all to be patient. It’s hard, but right now it’s time to keep glued together. I reminded myself last night that Trump not only wasn’t stupid enough to not protect himself, but he found it necessary to remind us of that fact by his retweet.
Trump has all the assets of the office, his private money for surveillance/security/research, and foreign allies. He will not fail us, he didn’t come this far to let foreigners and domestic traitors destroy our country.
