If we are at step 6, and the new acting Sec of Def ordered all spec ops report directly to him, what does step7 USSS mean?
USSS arrests those they’re “protecting” like 0bola, Killary and I assume maybe Bitem? Any others?
I may be wrong but the USSS can’t be used for arrests of their protectees.
The Director (James M. Murray) can, however, tell them to DETAIN their protectees.
Alternately, the Director can issue stand-down orders so that proper arrest authorities can engage their protectees.
Whether the USSS agents can gather and transmit “evidence” regarding their protectee in an investigation is an unknown.
I think a stand-down order is more likely.
Agents won’t be in harms way if an outside security force engages.

US Secret Service then it says Castle_Rock
“Castle” is the nickname for the White House.

Could mean the USSS is protecting the White House.
