There are reasons not to release files other than what they say about the assassination. There's nothing in those files that's going to change what we know.
What reasons?
Who wants to look at a bunch of corpse photos? No one “needs” to see those. The ones out there are bad enough.
And the rest are probably transcripts of calls that don’t matter anymore either.
