Presidents don’t assign Supreme Court justices to circuits, the court does that on its own.
These assignments don’t matter much. They’re for emergency motions and procedural matters. Brett Kavanaugh won’t be able to actually decide a case coming up out of Michigan, and he won’t be able to make the whole court hear the case unless the court votes to do it.
Why? I have CFS so I am up for a few hours at night and read Twitter. I see all this amazing information on the election fraud and political figures being shared by folks “in the know”. You’d think that info would have been captured as they went. So why are they needing it now.

I’m not sure why she’s waiting to reveal her evidence. In modern court cases you can’t hide evidence and surprise the other side with it - you’re obligated to share it. There will be no “gotcha” moment.
