[ Problem is for most stores lunch rush starts are 11:30, having all that breakfast crap in the prep area makes it tough, and WAY don’t want to be breaking it down in the middle of lunch rush. The schedule exists the way it has for a lot of reasons. McD puts a lot of trend research into everything, transition happens in a business lull, then they’re ready to go by lunch rush. ]

Get a job there. People who work there do all kinds of weird stuff. Or honestly do it yourself. Get some sausage, thousand island (thicken it with a little cornstarch), and have a ball.
