I went looking for an article or tweet on this and did not find anything so I am just posting a vanity.
Kirkland Ellis, one of the law firms representing the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Secretary of State has stepped down. They are no longer representing the SoS. This comes after employees of Kirkland Ellis threatened members of President Trump’s legal team and their families.
The Trump Campaign asked a court for sanctions against Kirkland Ellis earlier in the day. The Marxist Judge did not find in favor of the Trump Campaign. I suspect that the evidence of physical threats was so great that Kirkland Ellis saw the writing on the wall and knew that an appeal was eminent and would find against them. (How is that for spin? Maybe Fox News or CNN would hire me given the last sentence is pure speculation on my part.)

Regardless of the reasons ... this is called winning. The SoS has hired additional legal counsel, but they are late to the game.

What I find interesting is behind the trash cans. Notice the name OPEX on the boxes behind them.

Now, that just opens up a whole lot of questions right there.
Given what they do, why does the Cobb County elections office have stacks of boxes from this company?
That’s very smart of Biden. He can use that money as a legal defense fund when he goes on trial for treason.

I read about this in the NY Post. IIRC, a voice mail was left. Kirland/Ellis disputed that it was a threat, admitted it was discourteous and inappropriate. Said it was an associate acting on an individual basis, who did not even know they were involved with the case.
The “Trump lawyer” doubled down, pointing out that the associate had not even apologized, listed all the other untoward stuff that had happened, and said that lawyers should certainly have consequences for such behavior.
That’s not word for word, just my impression and going on a foggy memory.
