This is nothing more than a gut feeling, but I think it’ll begin to happen next week. If the media is going to ignore any evidence presented, then Trump is going to want people talking about this over Thanksgiving. They’ll throw us some fresh meat for discussion :-).
I expect the rollout of info to be slow at first since they don’t want to overwhelm the country. There is going to be a LOT to this ... not only do you have the work Rudy is doing at all of the the ground zeroes of this farce, but you also have Powell working from the top down on the hacking aspect. There are going to be a LOT of scum involved with this.
Again, just a feeling :-) ... they’ve been working for years on this. I don’t think that they need much more time. If they are waiting, its probably because some of the bigger players are busy digging their own graves right now.
