Voters, in THIS matter do not have standing.
Appellate should easily strike since voters always have standing in an election.
Meaning, if Wood does not have standing to petition and bring relief, then the voters as a whole have no stranding and there is no such thing as an “election” in GA.
But, the courts no longer suss the law...they make it as they go and toss you away with the flick of a wrist.
