“If you did not vote in the Nov. 3 election but you want to vote in the upcoming Jan. 5 runoff you can do that. Also, if you were not registered to vote in time for that Nov. 3 election, voter registration will open back up you have until Dec. 7 at 5pm to register to vote and then you will be allowed to vote in the runoff, which will take place on Jan. 5.”
