I think the $300 million number is wrong.
Scooter sold his entire company, which includes rights to about half a dozen other music groups or solos.
I think Taylor Swift’s music (six albums?) is valued around $140 million of the total $300 million.
Remember - Swift already has the rights to record new cuts of most of her old songs.
Within a few years she will have the rights to record new cuts for ALL her songs.
She has said that she intends to do that - which almost certainly dilutes the value of her original albums.
