James Harden’s rapid disillusionment with the Houston Rockets over the past few weeks has been dizzying. The former NBA MVP somehow went from being a satisfied, extremely well-compensated cornerstone of one of the best teams in the West to a guy desperately trying to force his way to the Eastern Conference.

Still sucking up to China I see
Good B Baller...
But like many athletes he is a dumbass.
What is this “NBA” people talk about ?
Does it make a difference in my life?
James Flaccid can KMA.
NBA is a political organization that plays basketball sometimes.
Imagine how nutty the NBA will get when Trump gets his second term after court/doj/military make corrective action on voter fraud?
They’ll just go bonkers I bet? Maybe they’ll move the league overseas in protest? China NBA, commie ball in a commie country.
“Well...bye.”
As my Dad used to say, before he was MURDERED by the covid,
there’s the Door, Good bye.
I don’t know who he is, but he is no Larry Bird, Magic Johnson or Michael Jordan. These men played refined basket ball,
this new generation play gang ball.
I see what you did there with Jimmy Thugball’s name...
Well, then..................QUIT...
I’d enforce the contract to the letter. And bench him.
Harden should have a talk with his CPA. If he understood how much more money he got to keep with Trump as President, and how much less he will have under a potential President Biden. he might have a changed attitude.
Based on the current contract between the players and the NBA, Harden is going to take a huge pay cut next season because of significantly lower revenues. Add state and local income taxes, and he will see a reduction in his pay of bout 30-40%.
Harden turned down the Rockets’ offer of a two-year, $103 million contract extension.
Who would turn down $50+ million a year over politics?
That's total B.S.
I don't know if the owner supports Trump, but that has nothing to do with Harden leaving.
Their coach and G.M. have already left, their other star player wants out, and they traded maybe their third best player. The Rockets are already headed for a rebuild. Plus, the Nets, a team with two top tier players, have already solicited Harden to join them to create a super team in Brooklyn. (Albeit one of those players is someone Harden ran away from earlier in his career.
Suffice it to say, Harden would be jumping ship even if the Rockets owner was the biggest anti-Trump person in the universe.
Harden thugball? More like wimpball. He relies on the refs to give him an advantage.
Have you ever actually seen him play?
All he has to do is quit...
Hand back this year’s salary...
Tear up his contract...
Get a job at McDonalds...
Spit in whitey’s food...
Rob McDonalds...
Who cares. Play for the Seahawks (sport doesn’t really matter.)
like lebron, it would be funny to see Larry Bird light this one up like a Christmas tree.
Bird would probably ask him at tip-off how many he’s gonna give up - 40 or 50?
Have you ever actually seen him play?
I don't like thugball. It hasn't the slightest interest for me. Also, I don't have TeeVee.
Even though they always wanted me to play center in high school because of my height, I was too uncoordinated to do well in the scrum.
And I didn't understand how the scrum worked, either - sometimes you could move, but not other times.
Sometimes traveling was traveling - but not other times, and sometimes it depended on who you were.
I'm a hard science guy, and I don't do the subjective well.
I guess you're saying that Flaccid is one of those "actor dudes" who takes a dive in front of the refs?
