Not positive what is going on there, but I *SUSPECT* that the number you put in is just a code for which precinct the ballot is for. Changing the number changes the slate of candidates.

The integer allows the ability to find and duplicate absolutely any ballot that is used in the state of Pennsylvania.

Notice the printer marks on the image that are used by print shops.

The envelope layout also provides a print shop the ability to duplicate to an exact form.

The only thing that couldn't be duplicated is signatures on the outside of the envelopes - which, by law, are to be scanned, stored, and verified prior to the envelope being opened.

That's the reason there is such pushback on verifying those stored signatures against those on file with the registrar of the individual counties.

Lastly, the envelope file was supposed to be behind authenticated access on the website.

Can somebody please provide the link from thedonald.win to all of this? I'd like to pursue it further.

Thanks so much for the explanation.

I understand now why it’s so important.

ANd just because signature matches doesn’t mean it’s good. Illegals, for one; not residents for another, Voting in many places, etcetc.
