It took a while, but I found his commentary on LC at 1458 on this thread.
In my view, and I used to read s/he/it someitmes, is disinfo with a purpose, mixed with a few tantalizing nuggets, to spread defeatism. Making it mysterious and “insider” sounding to get some people addicted to finding the real insider stuff.
