Until I understood that ballot counters could be connected to the internet, I didn’t think our elections could be manipulated. Our identification procedures are very rigorous. The only thing holding me back from an absolute declaration that the votes were manipulated in our 2019 election is that Trudeau ended up with a minority government - a very much less-than-ideal power base. If the votes were manipulated, wouldn’t they be certain to give him at least a bare majority? Maybe they estimated the win and underestimated, and we have sufficient safeguards in place to prevent large-scale or wide-spread after-the-fact fraud? I don’t know.
I vote on paper and then my paper ballot is fed into a tabulating machine. I get to watch the whole process and verify that my vote(s) was/were counted. I can state for certain that the machine was positioned in the centre of the room with no chords extending from it. That doesn’t exclude the possibility of a wifi connection, of course. There’s a lot to be said for (dumb) simple tabulating machines accompanied by paper records as backup. None of that explains how that moron got elected TWICE! I’m so disappointed in my fellow-Canadians.
If things deteriorate to the unthinkable place here, I’m hoping President Trump will introduce a medical refugee clause in your immigration rules for covid camp refugees. I’ll absolutely take advantage of that clause, leave my business behind, and become a very dependable conservative American citizen. My freedom would be worth what I give up.

So as of Jan 4 there will be no Representatives if the fraud has not been rectified. Now, concerning who would be President if the huge ball of crap isn’t fixed by Janurary 20 then the Congress decides .... but if the election isn’t fixed, then no Congress either. Seems that Congress can’t vote on President until the date the President’s term would be started, January 20.

In every Case, after the Choice of the President, the Person having the greatest Number of Votes of the Electors shall be the Vice President. Proposal and Ratification The twelfth amendment to the Constitution of the United States was proposed to the legislatures of the several States by the Eighth Congress, on the 9th of December, 1803, in lieu of the original third paragraph of the first section of the second article; and was declared in a proclamation of the Secretary of State, dated the 25th of September, 1804, to have been ratified by the legislatures of 13 of the 17 States. The dates of ratification were: North Carolina, December 21, 1803; Maryland, December 24, 1803; Kentucky, December 27, 1803; Ohio, December 30, 1803; Pennsylvania, January 5, 1804; Vermont, January 30, 1804; Virginia, February 3, 1804; New York, February 10, 1804; New Jersey, February 22, 1804; Rhode Island, March 12, 1804; South Carolina, May 15, 1804; Georgia, May 19, 1804; New Hampshire, June 15, 1804. What happens when a bunch of states have not certified their votes? Electors can’t be chuson then. And the part about states, how does that work of states have not ceritified their votes. These various solutions don’t really seem to fit the problem. But I am a high school dropout, what do I know.
