A few days ago, Sidney Powell said that the Trump team would release the Kraken (a mythical giant squid that shatters sailing ships) against the election results that claim Biden won. On Sunday, Powell spelled out what this Trump Kraken looks like – and she vouches for its existence. Based on the details she imparted, the Biden dinghy (for it’s certainly not a ship of state) isn’t just going to take on water; it’s going to a long-deserved rendezvous with Davy Jones’s locker.
Powell, who has been working to save General Flynn from the morass his first attorneys, who were compromised, led him into, is now part of President Trump’s post-election team. On Friday, she appeared on the Lou Dobbs show and memorably said, “I’m going to release the Kraken.”
The problem is that we Trump supporters have been hearing many promises to expose election fraud. And yes, there has been a lot of fraud shown: In myriad jurisdictions, people are testifying about absentee-ballot dumps, banned poll watchers, cemetery votes, etc. But there’s always been the worry that these actions, while true, may not convince a judge (or nine justices) to overturn the election.
Then word started leaking out that statistics could prove that the enormous Biden surges after the polls shut down were statistical impossibilities. American Thinker authors have written about some of those problems before, so I won’t rehash them. If you’re curious, you can find some examples here, here, here, here, and here, all of which are written in easy-to-understand English, rather than statistician or programmer English. Nevertheless, it was not entirely clear that the Trump team understood the immensity of what happened.

My question is, will state legislators fail to act when the evidence shows that to ignore the evidence is to be complicit in SYSTEMIC TREASON? Vote fraud, especially on the exposed scale is TREASON against the Constitutional Republic of We The People.

I hope everyone realizes that. This is the left, drunk on power, filled with hate and willing to do anything to get a strangle hold on power. Once they have it they will use the usual commie playbook to extend control and tighten their grip.
I consider the election night DATA to be ACTUAL evidence. I have my copy. I can see where the vote switching occurs. Knowing it happened is one thing, knowing whom was involved is critical and takes time. BUT THEY HAD BETTER GET IT RIGHT.
...so I’m frustrated too, but it does take some time - it’s also telling whom you’re NOT hearing from.
The court here is public opinion. “Releasing evidence” to a corrupt court will do exactly nothing.

Absolutely. I too am SICK TO DEATH of hearing about democrat corruption, with evidence up to HERE ..... and nothing ever comes of it.
Either our elected Republican representatives are JUST as corrupt and enjoy whipping us into a frenzy because that’s what gets them off, or they’re corrupt and letting all this criminal activity slide - EVERY time.
Either way, we can’t continue after this. To my eyes, it appears that Donald Trump is fighting ALONE right now. Even if he wins this fight, and I pray that he does, the rest of the Republican Party, save for a mere handful, are useless criminals.
At least we KNOW a democrat is gonna try to rob us...

You are double minded? ... You say rightly that 11/3 was 50 elections, then you speak of a nation-wide vote. Consider for a moment how you merge fifty into one trump card (play on words intended).
The murmuring is about the 50 state legislatures. What would compel fifty legislatoures to act? Well, Proof of foreign massive vote switching will frame the behavior of state legislatures as complicit in Treason and foreign treachery, perhaps compelling even blue state legislatures to act against such treachery or be seen as complicit in the treachery and thus tipping TREASON, SYSTEMIC TREASON.

I wasn’t double minded, I was stating the fact. We have 50 separately controller elections for one presidential office and 435 lower house and 1/3+ senate offices. This gets in the weeds quickly. Again with no single authority other that the US congress, because of the timing. Do you really think that they have the backbone to do anything about this?
I’m not trying to discourage anybody. Unfortuatnely, the facts are plain to see. There is not a shred of a evidence from the past four years our courts are not corrupt. Show me ONE time a court supported POTUS against the coup in four years. You can’t.
I wish it was different but it is what it is. The courts have aided and abetted the coup for 4 years and they are not going to stop now. Sorry.
I hope we can, I don't see the left ever agreeing to the definition we may have in that regards. Look at what just happened, they did this. None of this was an accident or just a unfortunate consequences for good intentions.
But it has to be proven in an overwhelming manner with the short time frames we are dealing with.

Lots, and I try to read a roughly equal balance of MSM, Conservative and even left leaning sources (eg: Yahoo, Reddit) so that I can see what's being said against our side as well as what our side is saying. I'm retired so have plenty of free time to follow current events pretty closely. Probably a lot more than I should, candidly, so that I can get some other things done!
Then follow Powell and Fitton.
