State legislatures are going to do SQUAT unless there is overwhelming evidence of fraud - which so far, has not been conclusively and irrefutably shown. Several, including PA and MI have already said so.
I am afraid that, yes they have a case, but if the media doesn’t cover it and judges won’t or can’t rule on it due to practicalities, then none of this fraud never happened and it is all just one big conspiracy theory right up there w/ CIA shot JFK.
Trump has to make a big move very soon w/ a big splash, as I am afraid 2/3rds of the population has since moved on going back to short attention span theater and worrying about Covid and no Holiday w/ family.

Sorry but I’m pessimistic that the state legislatures would actually do the right thing.

Never going to happen, unless the evidence is OVERWHELMING. And I suspect the evidence will be far from overwhelming, based on what we have seen to this point.

Totally agree. It'd be nice to see a plan..any plan..even a BIT of a plan..instead, we get appearances by Powell and Rudy promising, ala Hannity that it's "Tick Tock" time and any day..really, ANY day now.."all will be revealed".
Sigh...we are totally out of time. If there is some "grand plan" here (there's not, IMHO), they'd better get on with it - or the clock is going to run out and the States are going to certify for Biden.

We haven’t “seen” anything but what was already discussed in the various media.
Now whether or not we get anything when these cases to court is up in the air. I suspect it will be win some lose some but will it make a difference? I don’t know.
I think chain of custody, “packages and trucks arriving in the middle of a night” issue is a real thing. The numbers of recorded ballots have to match the numbers of physical ballots when canvassed. The numbers of physical ballots have to match the number of registered voters who are recorded as having actually voted in any given precinct. No way it gets beyond 100 percent like it has been shown in quite a few Milwaukee and Wayne County, Mich precincts.
The courts can recognize that there is a lot of smoke but it’s hard for them to rule against it unless you can spot the particular fires that are causing the smoke. We need the courts to recognize that the smoke itself is causing too many to choke. They can start by questioning why the SOS’s are trying too hard to stop open and fair recounting of states vote and restating that the legislatures can take over if the SOS’s can’t do anything to staunch the “smoke” surrounding the elections. All precincts that show 85 to 200 percent of their registered voters as having voted must be open to full audited vote counts.In several states with the elections razor close, this could make a difference in the vote counts.
Also the vote differences themselves are too incredible to believe...out of millions cast the vote differences favoring Biden are in the 12k to 60k’s in several states. Michigan’s is 149000 out but with reported over votes and weird anomalies occurring in several score precincts in Wayne County. No way elections like that are that even. Fair minded judges that are familiar with “digital fraud and statistical smoothing” would recognize what is going on but I’m afraid most of our judges don’t have any knowledge of it and the ones that do are working for the other side.

Agreed. So where are the court case filings? I'd be interested to see what specific case Powell has filed that contains the "Kraken" evidence, for instance. Far as I know, there isn't one.
Well if the courts try to stymie the issue, Powell will have to release her info to the ultimate militia, the patriots of the United States and we will have to decide what to do with that information.

Yes. We on this site and similar ones know to NEVER call the FBI with info or for help. People in bubbles think that Eliot Ness will come to save the day.
