NIKK, in a CRIMINAL trial you have to have Evidence BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT.
In the video that Granny posted today he says there are cameras on them all the time and that those black boxes ARE regular ballot boxes. He says there was evidently a misunderstanding about whether they were told to go home or not. So it becomes a HE SAID-SHE SAID.
If I was a jurist in this case I would have to weigh this and I couldn’t/wouldn’t take one persons word over another. Then I would weigh the fact NO ONE KNOWS what is in those boxes. Whatever is in them MAY BE perfectly innocent. I couldn’t ASSUME they were illegal ballots.
If this ever makes it to a CRIMINAL court with a JURY I believe it would be a Not Guilty or a Hung Jury.
Now like Barr said it may be a case for a CIVIL Trial as they DON’T have to have evidence beyond a reasonable doubt. Even if they were found GUILTY in a Civil Trial, I don’t know what it would accomplish other then LETTING THE WORLD KNOW OUR VOTING SYSTEM IS CORRUPT.
We can hope and pray, like I am sure millions of us did for President Trump to be elected for 4 more years, but I am also a realist in my thinking.
P.S. Those all caps words IS NOT shouting like my daughter and Internet world says. For me it is to emphasize as so many people are speed readers and miss details. :-)
